Hi!  Welcome.  We are Fred & Virginia Smith and we are retired with a family that loves to do things that are healthy, active, and fun.  Fred & I have 1 son and 2 daughters, 3 grandsons, and 4 granddaughters and 1 Great-grandson. 

We love to hunt, fish, camp and travel in our motor home. 

Our family is very close and we do a lot of things together.

We have taken some of the grandchildren on trips to Canada and areas in the US.

We will do our best to bring “all things healthy”  to you in an interesting and informative way.   We also want to hear from you.  Please let us know what you like, what you do and what you would like to hear about.  We will do our best to address the questions about how to find ways to be healthy, to be active, and to enjoy it.  We will also make it easier for you to find many of them with a link from this site.  Again, welcome and thanks for stopping by.
